The Old Castle above Trinity Square combines a former church with later fortifications. Make it a separate visit before or after your hillside outing.
Glanzenberg in view
The historic Staré mesto site on Glanzenberg is a separate point of interest above town. Allow for an additional detour if you wish to explore it. It is distinct from the mining tunnel with the same name.
Before you set off
Wear sturdy shoes on the slopes above town. Bring water and allow for weather changes and breaks. This outing has not been confirmed as suitable for pushchairs throughout. Castle visits depend on opening hours.
