Your enquiry
The form uses your name, email and optional telephone, apartment and message details. In the current email mode it opens a draft in your own email application; information reaches the developer only when you send it. Processing serves your enquiry and potential contractual steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b); general correspondence may rely on Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in responding.
Recipients & retention
Recipients are authorised staff and commissioned email providers as necessary. The developer’s original privacy notice states that enquiries requesting information only without a contract are deleted within ten days of written notification that no contract will be concluded or a deletion request. Statutory retention duties and necessary legal defence may override deletion.
Technical delivery
The hosting service processes information such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser details for delivery and security. This preview uses OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Platform privacy terms also apply to private access. BCM must establish final processor terms, retention periods and any safeguards for international transfers before public release.
Optional external video
YouTube/Google loads only with explicit consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). EEA provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred outside the EEA. Refusing does not affect floor plans or the local slideshow. Use the player’s disable button to withdraw consent for future transmissions.
Your rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the Slovak Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.

The map loads from Google Maps only on request. Google receives your IP address and technical data and may use cookies. All information remains available without the map.
OpenStreetMap
Only with your consent will OpenStreetMap tiles load and your IP address be transmitted. The place list works without consent.

We would like to use Google Tag Manager to measure visits and use of contact options. Google loads only with your consent and receives technical data such as your IP address. Form contents are not sent as analytics data. You can contact us without consenting. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days. You can change it at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Google Ireland Limited may process data outside the EEA. Google Analytics G-006YRJFEFK is being configured through Google Tag Manager. Measurement is activated after the verified configuration is published. Advertising remains disabled.
